In downtown McNeil, Texas, just North of the grade crosing there...
The loco on the Southbound work train and some of the cars.
I was about to leave when the crewman said something that I didn't understand...so I waited around to see what was going to happen...
Imagine my surprise when up out of this gon comes this tractor to set on the top of the gon...Had never seen anything like it before...
They then moved off down the track, putting out bundles of ties... The tractor could also move from one gon to the other...
Moved down to the overpass on Howard Lane nee McNeil road to watch the activity from above...
OPPS!!! The unloader clobbered a sign, and the ground man had to reset it....
